CORPORATE COOKING SCHOOL Course duration 6 hours Cost per person £175.00 A session aimed at companies who want to build or reward good team working. Our experts will guide you through the team building skills that are critical to work together and illustrate how the kitchen environment can help to identify and build great team work . Bespoke team building or team leadership focussed course can be devised if required Working in a kitchen demands team work, working to exacting standards and the ability to work under pressure and in real time. This is a prefect environment to highlight team work and team leadership skills for any business, with the added incentive of delivering your own feast at the end of the session! Led by Internationally experienced former HR Vice President Caroline Brent you will work together understand yourself, what you deliver to a team and understand your work colleagues and how they work and think. You will use this to inform your understanding of team work and leadership then apply these principles to a real life cooking experience which will demand all the team work skills you have discussed to deliver an edible result! Not only is this fun it is also an excellent way to illustrate critical and key teamwork skills in practice .
